I stumbled across Sydney's TikTok page back in April while scrolling on my phone in bed, trying to justify why I was being lazy while having my own business, never-ending ToDo list, and all these ideas that somehow never see the light of day. In mid-July, we started 1:1 coaching. The drastic change that Sydney helped me achieve in only a few months showed me actual progress across multiple life-changing areas. ... Sydney is now my favourite go-to person to help my neurodivergent brain to make it all make sense while achieving my very audacious goals. I couldn't do it without her.

If you are the type of person that feels like you have potential, but have a hard time taking action, working with Sydney is for you! Working with Sydney, both 1-1 and with the cohort, was an eye-opening and powerful experience. She helped me set real goals, dream bigger, and create momentum. The workbooks and check-ins always felt rooted in reality with a guiding light of reaching new heights, in whatever way that means to you. Some of my goals were very tangible, like waking up earlier, and others were more creative and growth-minded. Sydney was able to help me build habits and routines around ALL of my goals so that things worked in tandem. She has an amazing perspective and was the perfect friendly ‘push’ I needed. Sydney is there for you along every step of the way while you build on your goals and truly wants to see you win. She feels like both a friend and a mentor throughout the entire process. With her guidance, she helps you become the person you want to be. 10/10 recommend working with Sydney! Do it for yourself!

Being a part of the April challenge then joining Sydney's May cohort has been a really grounding and transformative experience for me in ways I didn't fully expect going in. I came into this month with a lot of awareness of what I wanted to change, especially around my habits, mindset, energy, and how I was showing up for myself day to day. What I've appreciated most is how the structure of the cohort helped me actually move from insight into consistent action in a way that felt supportive instead of overwhelming. A big part of this month for me was not just behavior change, but mindset work and identity-level shifts. I've become much more aware of my thought patterns, especially around pressure, overthinking, and how quickly I can default into avoidance or distraction when I feel overwhelmed. Instead of just observing those patterns, I've been learning how to pause, regulate, and choose differently in small, realistic ways. Overall, I'm leaving this month feeling more self-aware, more grounded, and more intentional about how I want to live moving forward.

Working with Sydney has been magical from beginning to end. I loved having her hold me accountable to my goals, and I genuinely feel I've achieved more in a few months than I would have on my own in years. ... Over our time together, I've grown in confidence, self-belief, and joy. I wholeheartedly recommend working with Sydney!

I really wanted this year to be the year I became consistent, but honestly, I kept falling off. January didn't go as planned, and I started to doubt if I could actually stick to anything. Then I came across Sydney's April challenge, and everything shifted. The structure was easy to follow, plus a free workbook and a community. I don't think I would've stayed consistent with the daily activities on my own, but having people show up alongside me kept me accountable, even on the hard days. I'm excited for the next months' challenges.

In just two weeks, this workbook and online community have already shifted the way I think and show up in my life. I've become more intentional and aware of the limiting beliefs that have been quietly guiding my decisions for years. I'm starting to recognize and challenge those patterns in real time. It's been an incredibly eye-opening experience so far, especially in how I navigate the fear of how others perceive me.

Honestly, my belief all changed when I did the rungs. I could see that what I believed to be true wasn't true. Maybe it was real for me, but it wasn't true in practice, and every single time I did something that proved the belief wrong, it shifted. Just realizing in practicality that if you do take the class you've been wanting to take forever, the step is scarier than actually doing it. When you're there and suddenly it's already ended, you realize how not scary it was, it was just all in the imagination before that.
